Bigger Art Prints are carefully packed cellophane and in sturdy cardboard envelopes to make sure they arrive in great shape. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days, unless stated otherwise.

Ceramics need a little extra TLC. I wrap them with plenty of padding to keep them safe during their journey. Whenever possible, I reuse packaging materials,  so don’t be surprised if your parcel comes wrapped in a mix of bubble wrap, paper, or even reused boxes. It’s all in the name of protecting your items and the planet.

Yes, I ship internationally!
Just keep in mind that delivery times may be a little longer outside Europe (the Netherlands), and depending on where you live, your local customs office might charge import duties or taxes.
*For now I only ship within the EU, US and Canada. Send me a message if you would also like to order if you live in an other country than stated above.

Something arrived damaged?
I do my best to pack everything securely, but once it’s in transit, things can happen. If your order arrives damaged or bent, please email a photo of the product and its packaging to [email protected]. I’ll work with you to make it right.

Returns
Changed your mind? No worries.
You can return your item within 14 days of receiving it, as long as it’s unused and in original condition. Just send an email to [email protected] with your reason for return and send it back with care. Please note:

- Return shipping is at your own expense.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- I can't take responsibility for anything lost or damaged during return shipping.

Once I receive the item in good condition, I’ll issue a refund for the item(s) within 2 business days.
